The word itself has a huge meaning, may it be in life or in grammar, I never understand why this was not considered a word, after all it indicates something that is effective on someone/something. The day I found this word I felt PROUD, I felt unique, it was just not feeling of finding something perfect and preferable but also the feeling of expressing the thought in a word. I became effectable.
The signs are never understood unless they are clear, they are effectively presented, it is just MUST to be effectable to make your sign understood. It may seem meaningless now but at screens, at big level, in near future it will be effective.
